What happens when my workbook has multiple sheets?

Each worksheet is exported as its own separate CSV file, named after the sheet. You can download them individually or all at once.

Is my data sent to a server?

No. Every step of the conversion happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your spreadsheet data never leaves your device, so sensitive business or personal data stays completely private.

Will special characters and formatting be preserved?

All text values and numbers are exported correctly into standard comma-separated format encoded in UTF-8. Note that visual formatting (colours, fonts, merged cells) is not part of the CSV format, so only the raw cell values are exported.

Is there a file size or row limit?

There are no hard limits. The tool can handle large workbooks with thousands of rows. Very large files may take a few seconds to process depending on your computer's speed.
